The house
DolceLago is a delightful detached house in Lenno, in the municipality of Tremezzina, on the western shore of Lake Como. It stands in a quiet area about 500 metres from the lake and the village centre, which you can also reach on foot by the convenient pedestrian path behind the property.
The property is fully fenced and includes a garden of about 200 m² with a large terrace and a convenient parking space.
Thanks to its enviable location, DolceLago is the ideal choice for a holiday on Lake Como. In just a few minutes you can reach the beaches and entertainment venues as well as the many enchanting villas, churches and villages of the most famous and extraordinary of the Italian lakes, or go trekking on the scenic trails of the mountains around the lake.

Ground floor
A spacious living room with kitchen, dining area and a large corner sofa that turns into a double bed. A bathroom with shower and the laundry room.
First floor
Two bedrooms with a balcony and lake view, one double and one with two single beds, and a second bathroom with shower.

By car
From Milan and Como: take the A9 motorway to Como-Chiasso and exit at “Lago di Como”, the last Italian exit. Then follow the signs for Menaggio: after about 30 km you reach Lenno.
From Lugano (Switzerland): take the A2 motorway and exit at Lugano Nord, then follow the signs for Gandria, Porlezza and Menaggio. At the traffic light in Menaggio turn towards Como: Lenno is about 10 minutes away.
By train and bus
The nearest stations in Italy are Como San Giovanni and Como Nord Lago (also called Como Lago), about 28 km away. From Como the C10 bus (Como–Menaggio–Colico) stops in Lenno. You can also come by taxi, rental car or on the ferries of Navigazione Lago di Como, which call at Lenno.
From Switzerland the nearest station is Lugano, about 35 km away. From there you can continue by bus (lines C12 and C10, changing at Menaggio), taxi or rental car. Check the timetables on the ASF Autolinee website.
By plane
The nearest airports are Milan Malpensa (about 80 km), Milan Linate (about 85 km) and Bergamo Orio al Serio (about 110 km). From the airports you can reach us by public transport, by taxi or in a rental car picked up there.
Where to find us
The house is at via Armando Diaz, 29, in Lenno. The private parking space is next to the house and there are several public car parks nearby. A pedestrian path leads to the village centre.
